  • Identify your needs and time frame at the initial walk through appointment
  • Prepare and sign listing documents and explain the importance of disclosure
  • Communicate several times per week
  • Recommend which “pre-sale” inspections are appropriate for your property
  • Expose your home to all agents and potential buyers and promptly follow up with all interested parties
  • Implement an aggressive marketing plan
  • Advise you how to respond strategically to an offer in the current market
  • Negotiate strongly on your behalf
  • Provide utilities phone list and change of address forms prior to close of escrow
  • Be present at escrow signing appointment at title company
  • Provide a complete file on CD after close of escrow
  • Offer continued service beyond close of escrow
