- Communicate several times per week
- Recommend which “pre-sale” inspections are appropriate for your property
- Expose your home to all agents and potential buyers and promptly follow up with all interested parties
- Implement an aggressive marketing plan
- Advise you how to respond strategically to an offer in the current market
- Negotiate strongly on your behalf
- Provide utilities phone list and change of address forms prior to close of escrow
- Be present at escrow signing appointment at title company
- Provide a complete file on CD after close of escrow
- Offer continued service beyond close of escrow
