Orinda offers easy access to parks and recreational facilities. Tilden Park, one of the largest regional parks in the area, borders Orinda. Here one can find vast trails, a merry go round, ball fields, lake, a golf course, and botanical gardens. The nationally acclaimed Shakespearean festival and theater and the Orinda Film Festival attract visitors annually.
