    provide a Buyer’s Handbook and Relocation Package as applicable
  • Conduct a daily search for appropriate properties,
    including automatic e-mail notification of new listings with your criteria
  • Schedule immediate showings of selected properties
  • Run comparable sales around the desired property
  • Provide experienced counsel when writing a competitive offer
  • Provide you with a list of reputable lenders
  • Provide a list of qualified and licensed inspection companies
  • Insure contingencies are removed on time
  • Help you to visualize improvements to meet your personal and family needs
  • Be present at escrow signing appointment at title company
  • Provide Utilities List and Change of Address forms
  • Provide a complete file on CD at close of escrow and continue to
    offer service beyond close of escrow
